Do I need to be in Indonesia?

Yes, sort of :-D. For now we can only ship to people in Indonesia and only support payments in Indonesian rupiah. Part of this relates to the fact that we currently have a very limited stock. In the future we will absolutely be looking to add the ability to ship internationally. For those of you in the US (LA) however, we do have a small stock of our products available at a local store. Please see our sales partner page for more details.

What is your shipping policy?

We currently use JNE for all orders, although we may expand these options in the future. The JNE Yes option targets next day delivery so is slightly more expensive. JNE Reg takes about 1-2 days within the Jabodetabek area and then up to 7 days depending on how far outside of Java you might be. Our ordering process also allows the JNE oke option, but this is really for larger items so isn't necessary with our current products.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently we only support payments through bank transfer (Indonesian banks only). We kindly ask you to confirm your transfer via the 'Confirm Payment' link in the top right. If a transfer is not made within 24 hours of submitting the order, unfortunately we will need to cancel the order. Sorry!

How fast until you ship?

We will process your orders within 48 hours. We know that with GoJek and others it has become much easier to receive items super fast, but we hope you'll be patient with us as we still have a very small team :-).

Do you have a return policy?

We currently do not have a return policy for our tenun accessories but plan to add one once some of our tenun clothing pieces are available.

How are the items packaged? 

Items are currently packaged within some minimal plastic to protect them during shipping, but in the future we are planning to eliminate the plastic altogether with special packaging to reduce waste.
